Painted over two summers, the works draw inspiration from cultivated gardens, changing seasons, and the gradual transformation of familiar landscapes. Albright repeatedly returns to the same locations, allowing color, light, and atmosphere to shift naturally across each canvas.
The result is a collection that rewards patient observation. Layers of paint build depth and texture, revealing a visual record of time passing slowly and deliberately through the landscape.
